complete and design of phase III is fifty percent complete. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />This action has no environmental impact. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />None. <br />FINANCIAUFISCAL IMPACT: <br />Allocating these funds to the Agua Mansa Road Widening Project would be prudent as new <br />development is currently planned for along this corridor and the new development would be <br />available to augment the project's available budget.
