RELATED AGENDA ITEM <br />Also on this evening's calendar, the Agency Board will consider satisfying the balance of the <br />outstanding RAD 00-01 bonds to enable the streets to be free and clear of any obligations. Both <br />items need to be approved by the Council and Agency in order to clear up ownership of the streets. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />N/A <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />This action is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines.
