Staff is recommending the award of construction contract to S & <br />S Investments in the amount of $ 169,480.00 . The project will be completed within sixty (60) <br />calendar days from the date which the contractor is issued the Notice to Proceed, as noted in the <br />attached agreement (Exhibit A).
