ITEM #1 <br />CLOSED SESSION — REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 17, 2009 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, CM Perez (arrived at 5:10 p.m.), Bennett, Yzaguirre, Toro, <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva and Mayor Chastain. <br />CM De La Rosa <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A and B, and pulling Item C as it would not be discussed. He announced a correction to <br />Item A which needed to include Government Code section 54956.8. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
