FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The price per year is $12,460.20 and this amount is within the limit of account #100-6010-6010- <br />2420. In comparing the present program with the new proposal, the City will realize savings in <br />the amount of $500.83 a month and $6,009.96 a year. In this offer, copies of prints over 30,000 <br />will be billed at $.0060. Historically, the City has never gone over 30,000 copies in a one month <br />period. The monthly lease amount includes cost of service/maintenance and supplies (toner). <br />Also included in this price are the print management software; availability of 24-hour analyst <br />support (technical); and training sessions for all users from the walk-up function to desktop <br />printing/scanning. <br />The City Clerk's Office has sufficient funds budgeted for the lease agreement of the Xerox 4595 <br />Copier/Printer.
