EXHIBIT "B" <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, unless earlier terminated as <br />provided herein. The term of this Agreement may be extended, upon mutual agreement, for up to <br />two (2) additional one-year periods. If the City chooses to extend the Agreement, City will provide <br />written notice to Laboratory thirty (3 0) days prior to the end of the Agreement term. Laboratory shall <br />complete the Services within the term of this Agreement, and shall meet any other established <br />schedules and deadlines. <br />Standard turn -around time for lab analysis results is ten (10) business days, except as noted below: <br />Iron 200.7 Total Recoverable CA DW <br />2 Days* <br />Manganese 200.8 Total Recoverable CA DW <br />2 Days* <br />Nitrate -N 300.0 CA DW <br />2 Days* <br />Radium 226 <br />15 Days <br />Radium 228 <br />15 Days <br />Uranium <br />15 Days <br />Strontium 90 <br />15 Days <br />Gross Beta Radioactivity <br />15 Days <br />9223 Total Coliform/E. Coli, P/A Drinking Water <br />15 Days* <br />Perchlorate 314.0 <br />2 Days* <br />Contracted laboratory agrees to maintain sufficient staffing levels to ensure on-time delivery, <br />expedited analytical processing, and rush turn -around availability. <br />* Contracted laboratory shall notify City's Water Department staff within twenty-four (24) hours <br />whenever: <br />the presence of total Coliform, E. Coli, Iron, Manganese, Nitrate, or Perchlorate is <br />demonstrated/detected in a drinking water sample; or <br />a drinking water sample is invalidated due to interference problems. <br />Contracted laboratory shall provide City's Water Department staff such laboratory reports within <br />twenty-four (24) hours of such above-mentioned incident. <br />RVPUB\NGS\529334 B-1 (BBK revised July 2, 200 1) <br />
