EXHIBIT "B" SCHEDULE OF SERVICES The term of this Agreement shall be from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. The term of this Agreement may be extended, upon mutual agreement, for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. If the City chooses to extend the Agreement, City will provide written notice to Laboratory thirty (3 0) days prior to the end of the Agreement term. Laboratory shall complete the Services within the term of this Agreement, and shall meet any other established schedules and deadlines. Coli, P/A Drinking Water 15 Days* Perchlorate 314.0 2 Days* Contracted laboratory agrees to maintain sufficient staffing levels to ensure on-time delivery, expedited analytical processing, and rush turn -around availability. * Contracted laboratory shall notify City's Water Department staff within twenty-four (24) hours whenever: the presence of total Coliform, E. Coli, Iron, Manganese, Nitrate, or Perchlorate is demonstrated/detected in a drinking water sample; or a drinking water sample is invalidated due to interference problems. Contracted laboratory shall provide City's Water Department staff such laboratory reports within twenty-four (24) hours of such above-mentioned incident.
