The total <br />compensation for the term of this Agreement shall not exceed one - <br />hundred twenty thousand dollars and zero cents ($120,000.00). <br />Annual compensation during the term of this agreement shall not <br />exceed twenty thousand dollars and zero cents ($20,000.00) per <br />fiscal year without written approval of the City Council. Extra <br />Work may be authorized, as described below, and if authorized, <br />will be compensated at the rates and manner set forth in this <br />Agreement. <br />3.5 Counterpart Originals. This Fifth Amendment may be executed by the Parties <br />in multiple counterparts, all of which together shall constitute a single agreement. <br />3.6 Effective Date.
