<br />Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, Twentynine Palms, Upland, Victorville, Yucaipa, and Yucca Valley are considered disparate
<br />jurisdictions. To receive grant funding, JAG requires disparate jurisdictions to enter into a memorandum of understanding that
<br />identifies a fiscal agent that will submit a joint application for the total eligible allocation by May 18, 2009. -The Agreement
<br />provides for the County to serve as the fiscal agent/grant administrator.
