RESOLUTION NO. 879 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE 2008/09 BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton for <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009 was approved and adopted on June 17, 2008 by Agency <br />Resolution No. 872; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and Section 33000 et al of the Health <br />and Safety Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton conducts a mid- <br />year review of the budget each year and makes adjustments as appropriate; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and resolution of Agency Board; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. It is necessary to amend the 2008/2009 budget, transferring a total <br />$775,184 from the Agency's various project area reserve balances. See attached Exhibit A for <br />1 <br />
