R- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION LATCHKEY <br />AMENDMENT CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2009. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has approved the <br />amended "Funding Terms and Conditions" for Latchkey Contract CLTK-8067 for fiscal <br />year 2008-09. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, <br />California authorizes entering into "Amendment 01" to the State of California <br />Agreement CLTK-8067. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION 2: Amendment 01 (pages 1-24) is hereby approved, adopted and <br />incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
