Motion carried with CM Bennett and Toro voting <br />"NO", CM De La Rosa/Yzaguirre/Perez/ Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva/Mayor Chastain voting <br />"Yes" <br />CITY MANAGER ORAL REPORTS: <br />Interim City Manager Miller provided a brief response on the following: <br />• Community Programs — Basketball game <br />• CART Programs <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Interim City Manager Miller presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 2 thru 8 for consideration <br />and approval. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/De La Rosa to approve Consent Calendar Items 2 thru 8. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held May 19, 2009, <br />on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payroll Disbursement Listing for Pay Period of 5/2/09 to 5/15/09, <br />Totaling $884,942.19, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Second Reading of Ordinance — Approved the Request to Waive Full Reading and Pass <br />First Reading of an Ordinance regarding Colton Regulation of Abandoned and Distressed <br />Residential Properties Ordinance, ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-09. <br />(4) Change Order/Notice of Completion - Approved Change Order and Authorize Filing and <br />Recordation of the Notice of Completion for the McKinley Park Improvement Project <br />and the Prado Park Improvement Project. <br />(5) Performance Bond — Approved Authorization Reduction of the Performance Bond with <br />Headlands Realty Corporation for Grading Bond of the Agua Mansa Commerce Center <br />by Ten Percent. <br />(6) Impound Yard — Approved Request to Authorize Solicitation of Bids for the Impound <br />Yard Phase III Multi-purpose Storage Building Installation Project. <br />(7) CUA/Contract/Criterion Automation - Approved Request to Amend Existing Contract <br />with Criterion Automation to Add Additional Funds in an Amount Not -to -Exceed <br />$20,000 and to Extend the Term of the Agreement through June 30, 2010. <br />2009 JUN 02 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 4 - <br />
