CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />June 10, 2009 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the <br />City of Colton was held at 5:33 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council Chambers, 650 N. <br />La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting <br />was given on May 25, 2009, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Perez, Bennett, Yzaguirre, De La Rosa, Toro Mayor Pro <br />Tempore Oliva and Mayor Chastain. Also present were Interim City Manager Miller and City <br />Clerk Gomez. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JUNE 10, 2009. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />Budget Workshop To discuss the Proposed Expenditure Plans for Fiscal Year 2009/2010. <br />Mayor Chastain requested the order of the PowerPoint budget presentations to go as follows: <br />• Water/Wastewater Director Frazier <br />• Capital Improvements Interim Public Works Director Tapia <br />• Electric General Manager Olko <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 6:50 p.m., with consensus of Council, Mayor Chastain declared the Special Meeting <br />adjourned. <br />/s/ <br />Eileen C.
