RESOLUTION NO. R-40-09 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CONTINUING THE 2008-2009 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City is in the process of developing an annual budget for fiscal year 2009-2010; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the fiscal year 2009-2010 Budget will be adopted on July 7, 2009; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to make routine and monthly payments for goods, services and <br />miscellaneous maintenance as necessary to continue day-to-day operations of City government. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton does <br />continue the 2008-09 annual budget in full force and effect until July 7, 2009, except for capital expenditures <br />which may require City Council approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2009, by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton in the State of California. <br />Kelly J.
