David Evans & Associates — Amendment #3 <br />July 7, 2009 City Council Meeting Page 3 <br />Schedule Update <br />These changes in the environmental scope have extended the time to complete the contract <br />activities. Staff is recommending that the Term of the Contract be extended through June 30, 2010 <br />to accommodate the additional scope and allow for adequate review and comments to the draft <br />EIR. A revised project schedule and scope is included as an attachment to the staff report as <br />Exhibit "B" and is included in the contract amendment (attached hereto as Exhibit "A"). <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Given the savings realized by eliminating the scope of work to complete the Fiscal Impact Analysis, <br />there is no financial impact at this time.
