Some of the agencies that Q -Press provides design & printing services to are: The City of <br />San Dimas and West Hollywood and more than 35 adult schools located throughout <br />Southern California. <br />One current City client of theirs said that Q Press is "very diligent with timelines and <br />production schedules" and is "very pleased with the quality of the product, the <br />professionalism of the staff and the responsiveness of their service." <br />As stated above, the evaluation committee ranked the proposal submitted by Q -Press <br />according to the criteria listed in the RFP with an annual savings of $23,544, from the past <br />contract amount. Q -Press took the initiative to also submit an alternative to bid for <br />consideration. The alternative includes the following: <br />1. Smaller finished brochure size: Cover 16.25 x 10 vs. RFP size of 16.5 x 10.75 <br />2. Full color <br />3. Reduced price paper: all pages printed on #38 glossy paper vs. RFP spec of 100# <br />Luna Gloss for cover and 20# bond for text. <br />4.
