An addendum was issued August 10, 2009. <br />A public bid opening was held in the City Council Conference Room on August 17, 2009, at 2:00 PM. <br />Four bids were received and evaluated. The City's contract Engineering firm, R. W. Beck evaluated the <br />four bids for responsiveness to the specifications.
