2010-2014 Implementation Plan PSA with UFI <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Funds were budgeted in the Agency's 2009-10 budget (886-9000-9000-2350) to pay for the <br />cost of preparing the Agency's 2010-2014 Implementation Plan Cost, and there are sufficient <br />funds budgeted to cover the optional items as well. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact if this agreement is approved. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST — Gift Disclosure Requirements <br />President: Marshall Linn, President <br />Contact: Ernie Glover, Principal <br />CONSISTENCY WITH IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />The Implementation Plan is the guiding document which identifies specific goals, objectives, <br />and projects for each Redevelopment Project Area.
