ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 152820) of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. A Notice of Exemption was filed with the County of <br />San Bernardino prior to the construction of the identified project improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council: <br />• Approve the attached resolution authorizing the installation of no parking along the north <br />side of Valley Boulevard from Mt.
