RESOLUTION NO. R-01-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DELEGATING TO THE CITY TREASURER THE AUTHORITY TO INVEST <br />AND REINVEST FUNDS FOR THE CITY AND TO SELL OR EXCHANGE <br />SECURITIES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON resolves as <br />follows: <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 53607, authority to invest and reinvest <br />funds of the City and to sell or exchange securities so purchased is delegated by the City <br />Council to the City Treasurer. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19t' day of January, 2010. <br />KELLY J.
