R-08-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />APPROVE THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PRESCHOOL <br />AMENDMENT CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2009 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2010. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has approved the <br />amended "Funding Terms and Conditions" for State Preschool Contract CSPP-9441 for fiscal <br />year 2009-10. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: The City approves the State of California Agreement CSPP-9441, pertaining to <br />preschool childcare services. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable <br />documents on behalf of the City to execute this agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
