None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS: <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br />City Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Lynda VanHoof, Laura Morales, Tony Morales, <br />Christina Irish Re and David Crawford. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS: <br />Councilmembers announced various activities throughout the community. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 1 thru 6, for consideration and <br />approval. <br />Motion and second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to approve Consent Calendar Items 1 thru 6. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held February 16, <br />2010, on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #113478 to #113643, Dated 2/4/10, Totaling <br />$1,840,265.65; Payroll Disbursement Listing for 2/6/2010 to 2/19/10, Totaling <br />$682,893.21, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Agreement/Carl Warren & Company — Approved a Two Year Professional Services <br />Agreement with Carl Warren & Company, in an Amount Not -to -Exceed $58,000, for <br />Continued Claims Administration Services. <br />(4) Set Public Hearing for Weed Abatement — Approved and Adopted a Resolution regarding <br />the Annual Weed Abatement Program as Administered by the Colton Fire Department <br />and Set the Public Hearing for the Council Meeting of March 16, 2010, RESOLUTION <br />NO.
