None. <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS: <br />None. <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br />City Commissions & Committees; Regional Boards & Committees <br />City Manager Foster acknowledged Bonnie Johnson who introduced three new staff <br />members, Bill Pattison, Assistant Finance Director, and Ted Cooper, Human <br />Resources Manager, Nicole Milhd, Purchasing Manager. <br />Jim Ayala, Assistant Superintendant Colton Joint Unified School District, provided <br />PowerPoint presentation with a brief update on School District projects, and the <br />Grand Terrace High School at the Ray Abril Educational Complex. <br />Jane Drier, Public Information Officer for SANBAG, provided a PowerPoint <br />presentation regarding the Interchange Project. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the council: John Anaya, Patricia Pierce, Ron <br />Lawrence, Tony Morales, Gary Grossich, Ray Roa, David Crawford, and Arlow White. <br />2010 MAR 16 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -3 - <br />
