PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Stephen Wall, Tony Morales, George Alcala, Ron <br />Lawrence, and Kirk Larsen. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS: <br />Councilmembers announced various activities throughout the community. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS <br />• Receive and File City Treasurer's Report for March 2010. <br />City Treasurer De La Torre presented the report for the council consideration and approval to <br />receive and file the March 2010 report. <br />It was a consensus of the Council to receive and file the City Treasurer's Report. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />City Manager Foster presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 1 thru 7. <br />Mr. Rick Shield spoke against Item Nos. 3 and 4. <br />Motion and second by Yzaguirre/De La Rosa to approve Consent Calendar Items 1 thru 10. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />(1) Minutes — Approved of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held May 4, 2010, <br />on File in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants — Approved Payable Warrants #114746 to 9114851, Dated 4/7/10, Totaling <br />$585,312.12; Payable Warrants #114852 to #115029, Dated 4/15/10, Totaling <br />$2,313,773.77; Payroll Disbursement Listing for 4/17/10 to 4/30/10, Totaling <br />$684,120.41, on File in the Finance Department. <br />(3) LLMD 1 — Approved and Adopted Three Resolutions Establishing a Public Hearing for <br />LLMD 1 FY 2010/2011 Assessment for July 06, 2010: 1) Resolution Initiating <br />Proceedings 2) Resolution Approving The Engineer's Report 3) Resolution of Intent, <br />RESOLUTION NOS.
