Staff Report to the Mayor and City Council <br />Biennial Review of the City's Conflict of Interest Code <br />June 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />If a change in the Code is necessitated by this review, an amended Conflict of Interest Code must <br />be submitted to the City Council for approval within ninety (90) days of the filing of the <br />statement of the review with the City Clerk. (Gov. Code §§ 87303, 87306.5.) <br />FISCAL IMPACTS <br />No direct fiscal impact other than staff time associated with required reporting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Because the actions described in this report are required by law, no alternatives are available. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />None. <br />
