Staff Report to the Mayor and City Council <br />Measure I Five Year Plan <br />June 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />plan for fiscal year 2009/2010 through 2014/2015. The attached plan will serve as a final record <br />of the Five Year Measure I Plan for FY 2009/2010 to 2014/2015. This plan reflects completed <br />and ongoing projects identified in the Capital Improvement Program and is consistent with our <br />Capital Improvement Program Budget. In August 2010, staff will agendize the Five Year <br />Measure I Plan for FY 2010/2011 for Council review and approval. Staff recommends approval <br />of the attached resolution restating and affirming the Capital Improvement Plan and Expenditure <br />Strategy Plan for fiscal year 2009/2010. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS <br />The requested action has no financial impact. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1.
