01 <br />CLOSED SESSION — REGULAR COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br />June 1, 2010 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present: De La Rosa, Yzaguirre, Oliva, Bennett, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore <br />Toro and Mayor Chastain. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and B. <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Bonnie Johnson, Management Services Director & <br />Ted Cooper, Human Resources Manager <br />Employee Organizations: SBPEA General Unit, SBPEA Mid -managers Unit, IBEW <br />Electric, IBEW Water/Wastewater, Colton Fire Fighters Association, Colton Police <br />Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association and Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:55 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Dean reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session to <br />discuss Items A and B with no reportable action. <br />A.
