Staff Report to the Mayor and City Council <br />SANBAG CAPITAL PROJECT NEEDS ANALYSIS <br />DECEMBER 21, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />finance improvements along city arterial roadways and interchanges. Attached as Exhibit B, is <br />the Nexus Annual Report that reflects the funds collected by the city in Nexus Traffic Impact <br />Fees, for fiscal year 2009/2010. Staff requests authorization to submit the updated Capital <br />Project Needs Analysis (CPNA) for FY 2011/2012 - FY 2015/2016, attached to this report as <br />Exhibit A. For fiscal year 2011/2012, the projects identified for allocations are arterial <br />improvements to Reche Canyon Road, Agua Mansa Road and the Laurel Street Grade Separation <br />projects; these projects are all identified in our current Capital Improvement Program. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS <br />Approval of the five year Capital Project Needs Analysis is required to receive funds to complete <br />improvements to local arterials and interchanges. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1.
