Staff Report to the Mayor and City Council <br />Fiscal Year 2011/2012 Community Development Block Grant Funds <br />January 18, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />date, attached hereto as Exhibit A, to the County for their review. County staff will provide all <br />eligible proposals reviewed back to the cities by February 9, 2011. After February 9, 2011, staff <br />will hold a CDBG Ad Hoc Committee meeting to finalize the recommendations to be presented <br />to the City Council on March 1, 2011. Cities will have until March 11, 2011 to provide the <br />County with its final funding recommendations. Staff requests Council set a public hearing date <br />for March 1, 2011 to establish its fiscal year 2011/2012 final funding recommendation.
