Authorize award of the Drinking Water Laboratory Sampling and Analysis Services to <br />the lowest responsive/responsible bidder, Clinical Laboratory of San Bernardino, Inc., in <br />a not -to -exceed amount of $95,937.50 for the entire agreement term; <br />2. Authorize a contingency amount of $10,000.00 for the entire agreement term, for a <br />grand total agreement amount of $105,937.50; <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to complete negotiations and execute the agreement upon <br />Risk Manager and City Attorney's approval; and <br />4.
