CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY/COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />December 21, 2010 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above -given date at 6:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Zamora presiding. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members Present <br />Mayor David R. Gonzales <br />INVOCATION <br />Pastor Sam Satyawan led the invocation. <br />Staff Present: <br />Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Dean Derleth, City Attorney <br />Eileen C. Gomez, City Clerk <br />Aurelio De La Torre, City Treasurer <br />FLAG SALUTE <br />Colton Football Team Captains led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation City Clerk Gomez provided a short PowerPoint presentation on the <br />Unveiling of "Colton Core" Logo and Program Kick -Off and introduced <br />local logo designer, Jesse Raya of Reflekt Designs, located at 1265 N. La <br />Cadena Drive, and Elsa Aguilar, President of Agua Mansa PTA. <br />• Recognition Mayor Zamora introduced Colton High School Football Coach Bray who <br />presented the Colton Football Team Players with certificates for their <br />recent CIF Victory. Laura Martinez introduced the Colton High Cheer <br />Squad who was recognized with certificates for their support. Stephen <br />Wall representing Congressman Baca's office read and presented a <br />certificate commemorating the team. <br />At 6:30 p.m. Mayor Zamora declared a recess and at 6:40 p.m. the meeting was reconvened with <br />all members present there from. <br />2010 DEC 21 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING -3 - <br />
