Mr. Smith introduced Deb Ferrar, Recreation Services <br />Manager and Chris Rymer, Human Services Manager to assist with presentations. Mayor <br />Zamora was also called to the podium to assist with the awards. <br />• Recognition of Commissioners — City Clerk Gomez met newly appointed commissioners <br />at the dais to administer the Oath of Office. <br />Mayor Zamora announced a recess for a reception honoring the newly appointed commissioners <br />at 6:35 p.m. and at 6:55 p.m. the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />FEBRUARY 1, 2011. <br />Mayor Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030.
