commissioners of the Colton Housing Authority, as authorized by Section 34290(a) of the Law, with all <br />of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by the Law in such commissioners of the <br />Colton Housing Authority. <br />SECTION 5. Chairman. The Mayor of the City of Colton shall serve as the first Chairperson <br />of the Colton Housing Authority. <br />SECTION 6. CEQA. Formation of the Colton Housing Authority is not subject to review <br />under the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code § 21000, et seq.) ("CEQA") <br />because it is not a "project" under CEQA, as it can be seen with certainty that the action will not have a <br />significant impact on the environment. <br />SECTION 7. Severability. If any provision of this Resolution is held invalid, the remainder of <br />this Resolution shall not be affected by such invalidity and the provisions of this Resolution are <br />severable. <br />SECTION 8.
