Sierra Way <br />San Bernardino, CA 92402 <br />Dear Dena: <br />This will confirm our side letter agreement regarding the <br />1989-91 Memorandum of Understanding between the City of <br />Colton and the Management/Confidential Unit as follows: <br />1. The current language in Article XXII will be deleted and <br />the following language added: <br />"Each Fire Division Chief will be required to work <br />scheduled standby and call -out time as assigned by the <br />Fire Chief. The salary for the classification <br />includes compensation for such standby and call -out <br />time." <br />2. The salary range number for Fire Division Chief in <br />Exhibit "A" of the MOU will be changed from range 121 to <br />range #22. <br />3.
