One complete copy of this Ordinance shall be <br />certified to be a true, correct, and complete copy by the City <br />Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a <br />summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take <br />effect according to law thirty (30) days from the date of final <br />passage and approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS day of March, <br />1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
