The foregoing recitals, and <br />each of them, are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into <br />this Agreement As though set forth in full. The above -listed <br />agreements shall hereinafter be referred to as the "AGREEMENTSO <br />7. Termination of the AOREEMENTFa. The PARTIES hereby <br />acknowledge and mutually agree to terminate each of the three <br />AGREENENTS, which termination shall be effective on the day and year <br />first above -written. <br />3. , bts Liabilitjgs and Accountings.
