CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF March 16, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: West ter Revervie Rate Progam and Required Tertiary Treatment Facilities <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Staf f recommends that council approve the Alternative #2 rate schedule of the attached <br />Ordinance exhibit in order to provide the optium facilities at the least cost to the existing <br />sewer users. <br />RZCOXMZNMI <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the following: <br />GED/Ij <br />1. Approve the sewer service rate schedule of Alternative 01 <br />or Alternative 02 for inclusion with the Ordinance setting <br />wastewater rates. <br />2. Council approve the first reading of the Ordinance setting <br />wastewater rates. <br />2. Council approve the City of Colton's participation in the <br />land acquisition for the RIX Tertiary Treatment Facility. <br />3. council approve the City of Colton's participation in the <br />final design of the RIX Tertiary Treatment Facility <br />and conveyance pipelines. <br />z .
