General questions <br />can be answered at this time. As a follow up, training <br />should be done in a small group or individual basis where <br />users feel more at ease to ask questions. <br />Finally, training can be provided at any time (part of <br />service) to re -instruct existing personnel or to instruct <br />new people as they become an alarm user. Proper training <br />is extremely important to limit the number of false alarms <br />occurring during openings and closings and to insure proper <br />alarm operation. <br />
