RAMOS, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: CLAIM OF BARBARA BATTLE <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Date: <br />01-26-93 <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper <br />and efficient handling of Liability Claims against the City <br />of Colton, the attached report has been received from the <br />City's Liability Insurance Administrator. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: <br />Claimants have filed a Claim against the City.
