As stated in the attached letter, the applicant felt that the <br />current method of assessment was not equitable and that the fee should be reduced to <br />either $6,632.00, based on the Institution of Traffic Engineer's criteria, or $6,115.00, based <br />on Caltrans' criteria. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The revision of the fee, by the Traffic Committee, to $11,320.00 was based on an <br />assessment of a warehousing use, whichwill be the primary use of the land.
