A11 <br />food processing �acili�ies, including res�aurants, which <br />elischarge foocl proces�ing wastes to the POTW, shall direct all <br />wastewater from iloar drair�s, sinks, waste container wash racks, <br />and c�ishwashers through a minimum "750 gallon gravity separation <br />interc�ptc�r �n accordance raith Se�tir�n 13.08.253. All domestic <br />w�stewat�r� from restrnoms, shower�, and drinking fountains shall <br />be ke�t separa�e until. the previously speci:fied wastes have passed <br />through the in�ercept�ar. Sizir�g qf intercc�ptor sha11 be determined <br />as de�cribed in the Uni:Eorm Alumbing Code, Appendix H, as adopted <br />by the �ity 4f �a�,ton except that the c�pacity of the interceptor <br />shall nc�t be less than 750 gallons, unless a smaller size is <br />allowed by a Condit.zonal Waiver. <br />13.080237 Conditianal Waivers. Conditional waivers modifying or <br />wai�ring �he grease intexc�ptox requirement rnay be granted by the <br />Di�ectar of �ub�ic Utilities for tho�e restaurants and other <br />facilitie� whieh process food deterznined no� ta have the potential <br />to adversely affeat th� PJTt�. Conditional waivers may be revoked <br />far the �bllawing reasons: <br />a.) Chanc�es in �.ypes of faod prepared ar served <br />b) Falsification of in�arma�tion submit�ed to tl�e City <br />c) Chang�s in cipera�ing hours <br />a3 Changes in e�uipm�nt useel. <br />13.08.24p Specific pc�llu�ant Concentration Limitations.
