Drews, Electric Utility Director N <br />SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO FILE AND RECORD NOTICE DATE: 6/22/93 <br />OF COMPLETION FOR ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT AIR <br />CONDITIONING PROJECT <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 6, 1993, Council awarded the Electric Department air conditioning improvement project to <br />Scott Logan Heating & Air Conditioning. We are required to file a Notice of Completion at the <br />conclusion of a project. Substantial completion was accomplished on May 25, 1993. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The total construction costs were: $17,092.00 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval to file and record the necessary Notice of Completion on the above stated <br />project. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />The Notice of Completion is on file with the City Clerk's office for your review. <br />Page 1 of 1 Item No. <br />
