STRATTON, Chief of Polic <br />SUBJECT: Budget Adjustment for Asset Seizure <br />DATE: June 24, 1993 <br />BACKGROUND <br />.Money released by Court/DA for distribution which allows Police Department to pian for <br />expenditure on equipment and training as allowed by law. <br />DISCUSSION <br />None. <br />FISCAL IMP -ACT <br />Increase estimated seizure accounts by $75,000. <br />State 61-6100-40 by $659000 <br />Federal 61-6101-40 by $10,000 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve above budget transfer for the 92/93 budget to disperse funds as ordered by <br />Superior Court and the District Attorney's Office to be used for training and purchase of <br />fixed assets as well as payment to other agencies such as Department of Justice and District <br />Attorney's Office. <br />Report prepared by J.
