Dale Gladding is recommending selection of Kruger McGrew and <br />Staff concurs with his recommendation based upon his -findings. <br />STAFFS RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize staff to make the bid award. to Kruger McGrew for the C.F.D. 89-1 <br />Public Improvement Project, if R.T.
