Bennett, Director o, A(/G <br />Department of Environmental Health Services c` r 1INQ 1993 <br />SUBJECT: CONTRACT WITH CITY OF COLTON yF e/�` CF <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve contract with the City of Colton for participation in the County Household <br />Hazardous Waste Collection program. <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION: <br />The purpose of the contract is to establish an agreement between the Department of <br />Environmental Health Services and the City of Colton for the City's participation in a <br />County wide Household Hazardous Waste program. <br />REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br />Contracts require approval by the Board of Supervisors. <br />REVIEW BY OTHERS: <br />Contract has been reviewed by Deputy County Counsel Susan Nash on July 22, 1993, <br />Risk Management on May 27, 1993, Contract Compliance Officer Frances Vasquez on <br />July 22, 1993. <br />FINANCIAL DATA: <br />This is included in the Fiscal Year 93-94 Budget and will provide funding for a portion <br />of the Household Hazardous Waste program. <br />PRESENTER: Pamella V.
