TO: HonorabF� ayor orCity Council T <br />FOR C cil ! eet' f 1993 <br />FROM: e . omm nity Development Direct( <br />SUBJECT: Second Reading\and-adoption of Ordinance o. 0-13-93, an <br />amendment to Title 18 of the Colton Municip I Code (Zoning <br />Ordinance) to require a Conditional use perffi t for the saleofbeer and wine in the Multiple -Family Resident al (R-3), Business <br />Park (BP), Neighborhood Commercial (C-1), General Commercial <br />(C-2), Industrial Park (1P), Light Industrial (M), and Heavy Industrial <br />(M-2) zones (FILE INDEX NUMBER DO -12-9 ). <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At their meeting of June 15, 1993, the City Council considered, at a duly publicized hearing, <br />a proposal to amend Title 18 of the City's Municipal Code, Sections 18.06.060 "Uses <br />Permitted in Each Zone", Section 18.04.218 "Food and Beverage Sales and 18.04 <br />"Definitions".
