DALQUEST; Associate Planner <br />SUBJECT: BLUE RIBBON LANDSCAPE <br />rE: June 8, 1993 <br />bD <br />At your request, -I conducted an inspection of $he Blue Ribbon <br />Landscape facility on Agua Mansa Road for compliance with the <br />conditions of approval and/or zoning ordinance violations. <br />The following are the violations discovered as a result of my <br />inspection: <br />1. Two above ground tanks are located on-site; <br />one tank contains diesel fuel and the other <br />is empty. No permits have been issued for <br />their placement and use; <br />2. The storage of automobiles and junk, not <br />associated with the nature of the business, <br />ie. two junked automobiles, tires, a large <br />tank, and assorted metal scrap; <br />3.
