STRATTON, CHIEF OF POLICE � <br />Subject: COLTON CITY HALL PARKING ORDINANC <br />Date: JUNE 30, 1993 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In an effort to improve customer parking convenience, twenty minute parking spaces <br />have been established within City Hall parking lot. Parking enforcement within <br />municipal parking facilities must be authorized by City Ordinance. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Best, Best & Krieger drafted an ordinance that establishes regulations governing <br />municipal parking facilities in the City of Colton. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council for the City of Colton adopt the attached City <br />Ordinance, Chapter 10.05 as drafted by the legal firm of Best, Best & Krieger. <br />Report prepared by T.
