Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Grant and Easement Deeds <br />for Montecito Reservoir Site #2 <br />Date: July 12, 1993 <br />In 1990 City staff and Mt. View Cemetery (dba Montecito Cemetery) entered into <br />negotiations for another reservoir site to service the Reche Canyon area as per the <br />City's Water Master Plan. <br />Mt. View Cemetery has agreed to donate the necessary land and easements for a reservoir <br />site east of Reche Canyon Road and north of the existing Montecito Reservoir Site 01. <br />Best, Best and Krieger has reviewed the attached grant and easement deeds. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Staff recommends that Council accept the grant and easement deeds for the Montecito <br />Reservoir Site 12. <br />LJ/lj <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of <br />Item No.1 Jt� <br />
