Grantor, for itself and all of its successors in interest, covenants and agrees not to grant any further easements, licenses or similar rights to any of the property described in Parcel 2 of Ezhibit "A" attached hereto without the prior written consent of the City of Colton. Such consent, if any, shall be evidenced by the signature(*) of the appropriate City of Colton official(*) on the face of such granting instrument, if any.
