La Cadena Dr. <br />Colton, CA 923242897 <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the <br />by and between the City of Colton, hereinafter referred to as CITY and <br />hereinafter referred to in the <br />masculine/singular as <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br />(a) is the owner of certain real property <br />in the County of San Bernardino as more particularly hereinafter described; and, <br />(b) On or about the <br />he applied for a sewer <br />connection for improvements on said real property; and, <br />(c) One of the conditions of the issuance of the said sewer connection was <br />for the annexation by him of said real property located at: <br />and, <br />(d) It is deemed necessary at this time for said property to receive a sewer <br />connection; and, <br />
